At Nordic Fusion, we aim to inspire creativity, by curating extraordinary Scandinavian homewares and gifts.

The Nordic Fusion concept started in 2005, by Swedish and Norwegian friends who wanted to introduce high quality Scandinavian products.

All this years later and after a change of ownership in 2017, we are even more passionate about all things Scandinavian and good design.

With a retail store and wholesale showroom on Sydney's Northern Beaches, our goal is to bring joy and beauty to every home in Australia and New Zealand through minimalist, functional and timeless Scandinavian design.

Our brands are of highest quality and mix tradition and craftsmanship, with contemporary colours and lines. Our extensive range comes from many different, beautiful Nordic locations and are sure to complement the look and feel of any home.

The Galati family business has come a long way since starting out as a market garden in Spearwood in the 1960s. Tony and his brothers Vince and Sam, grew up helping their Sicilian parents run a two-hectare market garden. After school, they would work in the garden picking beans or harvesting potatoes.

Flemming has been a butcher since 1985. Starting in Denmark and working across Europe, he has settled in Australia bringing countless unique recipes and styles to us. Every piece has history and a story to tell.

The Gourmet Butcher in Rockingham – owned by Keld Jorgensen – has been supplying the best, freshest and organic locally prepared meats, from the best suppliers, located directly opposite the pristine beachfront on Rockingham’s Foreshore in WA.

Viking Imports was founded in Sydney back in 1984 by a couple of homesick Swedes. They dug deep into their supplier networks, to recapture the distinctive flavours of home.

Their business sold in 1993 to Darko and Lola Markovic, who grew Viking Imports to the size and eminence it has today. They introduced new products, grew the customer base, overhauled packaging and promotions, and expanded the distribution operations.

Here at YumYum we’re passionate about delivering the flavours of your favourite Swedish treats, direct to your door. Formed during the2020 pandemic, travel restrictions had left us -two Swedish expats in Australia - craving the authentic taste of home more than ever. Unable to travel home, we set about bringing the unique flavours of Scandinavia, to Australia.
