Originally from Denmark, I and along with other Danes, miss the Danish Rye Bread, it is delicious and healthy. Settling in Ballarat,VIC I have been baking for myself for 15 years. In 2020 I got bored and started baking large batches of bread which I gave away. Friends and family told me I needed to charge people.
