His dream was to have his own German small goods shop and make it the best in Australia both in service and products. This dream was realised with the creation of ‘Brot & Wurst’. They wanted to create a German butcher shop/ bakery where people could come and purchase great tasting small goods, breads and pastries. All the small goods are manufactured on site. They have the best German smokehouse with even the sawdust imported from Germany. Their breads and pastries are baked daily. All the small goods are gluten, colour, soy and preservative free. They also offer a range of amazing gluten free bread. Brot & Wurst prides itself on friendly service and delicious products. Their business grows weekly as their customers continue to return and spread the word to their friends and family.

Deli Danois is a Danish Specialty Cafe/Deli located in North Carlton. All our products is made in-house or locally sourced. We like to share our Danish culture and give a little piece of home by creating a "hyggelig" environment.
We met a long time ago while working in Sydneys hospitality Industry. And have since then been on many adventures here and overseas, building a partnership and friendship that has flourished into a family and now business.
Now after years of experience working with a lot of the best in the industry we feelt, that its time to put ourselves on the ‘menu’.

The Nordic Fusion concept started in 2005, by Swedish and Norwegian friends who wanted to introduce high quality Scandinavian products.

Viking Imports was founded in Sydney back in 1984 by a couple of homesick Swedes. They dug deep into their supplier networks, to recapture the distinctive flavours of home.
Their business sold in 1993 to Darko and Lola Markovic, who grew Viking Imports to the size and eminence it has today. They introduced new products, grew the customer base, overhauled packaging and promotions, and expanded the distribution operations.
